Our services include helping you purchase your property, coordinate repairs to reach a “ready to occupy” condition and managing your property while it is rented.
We only advise to purchase your property in areas that we have our own investments.

Briefly this works as follows:
- We search and provide you with listings of potentially discounted properties and recommended prices to offer.
- If you like the property we place an offer on your behalf
- If your offer is accepted by the seller you will have 30 days to settle.
- We guide you through the process until settlement.
- You can fly to the USA to be at settlement or we will arrange the contract documents to be sent to Australia for your signature via FedEx.
- We don’t arrange finance; we prefer cash purchases.
