Salustio Sejas

My name is Salustio Sejas and I live in NSW. I am a seasonal property investor that ventured to invest not only in Australia but also in the USA and Argentina. In addition, I am also a Professional Engineer currently working for a major Australian company.

After educating myself in property investment and conducting my research I started investing in the USA in 2004 in the Woodbridge and Manassas areas in the state of Virginia. Since then I have been following the property market in the area and have found property prices in the area dropping to one third of peak prices in 2006.

In July 2008 I traveled to USA with a view to purchase more properties and ended up buying only one property; this year in July 2009 travelled again and found a new way of buying properties at great discounts and ended up buying 4 properties in 2 weeks. Since then I managed purchasing 3 more properties one for myself and two for another investor.
